Chair Covers for Diamond Alumni Center

Our reception venue has weird chairs. There, I said it. They have black legs and backs with a dated brown fabric on the seats. In the words of a friend "nobody will even notice. You'll notice, but nobody else will care." Since it's my wedding, my opinion is the most important :) So we needed to rent chair covers!

 Not only are these chairs odd looking, they are a strange shape and won't work with just any chair covers. If you'd also rather cover these babies, you have 3 choices for rental companies.

Timeless Wedding offers polyester covers that are more fitted to the chair or satin wraps with or without a sash (25 colours to choose from). Their pricing ranges from $3.25 to $4.50 per chair with a minimal delivery and set up fee.

Happily Ever After Chair Covers has a more fitted cover for less than $3 per chair including an organza sash (30 colours available). This pricing is only valid for a full do-it-yourself situation, where you either pick up the covers yourself from Maple Ridge or have them shipped to you the day before. You then need to find an extremely nice group of people to unpack, set up, take down and return said covers.

Absolute Events and Rentals also has 2 different chair cover styles available. You can choose between a tight-fitting stretch cover or a looser style satin cover. SFU is a preferred vendor of this company, which means they can provide covers and a sation sash for $2.15 per chair with a small delivery and set up charge. As part of their set up services, this company will also lay out centerpieces or other pre-arranged items for you at the venue.

I like the look of the chair covers from Absolute Events the best, and Carmelle was very professional and easy to work with!
