Ceremony Programs

As the wedding approached, I began having second thoughts...about our ceremony programs. We planned for a brief ceremony so our guests wouldn't need any additional information to follow along. But, programs are an excellent way to introduce and acknowledge members of your wedding party. And it was important for us to mention special people who have passed away, especially our fathers, without taking away from the joy of the day. Programs were a go!

I turned again to the Download and Print template used for our invitations and created a simple four page folded design.

The cover page had our names with the date and location of our ceremony.

Inside, the left side listed members of the wedding party: parents of the bride and groom, maid of honour, best man, bridesmaids, groomsmen, ushers and the minister.

A thank you to our guests reads:
"We are grateful to our parents for their support and guidance. They helped us become the people we are today and enabled us to find an everlasting and unconditional love in each other.

We are honoured that friends and family have travelled here to share this sacred and joyful day. We look forward to celebrating many more happy occasions with the wonderful people who mean so much to us!"

On the right side, we listed the order of the ceremony with the accompanying music selections.
The back cover featured a note to family members who have passed away.

This program was very straight-forward to design, print and assemble since it's based on a single piece of paper that's printed double sided. We again went with Staples and their 100lb cardstock and were very happy with the professional look of our programs.
